在線鋼化設備為全自動壓機配套設備，在客戶生產鋼化類壓制產品時，不再需要配置拋光機、退火爐等設備，只需在壓機后配套拋光/鋼化一體機。

該機器長約16米，由拋光區、均溫區、鋼化冷卻區三個區組成。玻璃制品從壓機自動取出后，放置在耐熱不銹鋼制成的鋼化籃內，產品依次通過以上三個區域，完成產品的拋光、鋼化升溫、鋼化冷卻三個過程，最后通過鋼化取出機械手取出放置到輸送帶上，即直接完成了玻璃產品的鋼化生產。整個鋼化生產過程均為全自動化生產。
該工藝技術大大節省了玻璃器皿企業的能耗成本、人工成本、物流運輸成本。        

Press online tempering facilities are corollary equipment for fullautomatic press machine, our client will have no more
need of facilities like polish machine, annealinglehr and so on, only need to set a polisher/tempering combine machine to support the press.

   The polisher/tempering combine machine is about 16 meters long; it consists of polishing zone, uniform temperature
zone and tempering cooling zone. Those glass production taken out from the press will be placed in a tempering
basket
which is madeof heatresistance stainless steel, and they will go through the 3 zones above to be disposed via
polishing, tempering warming and tempering cooling in sequence, and finally the end products will be put to
conveyer belt by mechanical arms. The whole process of tempering production is fully automated.

   This technology may greatly save the cost of energy consumption, labor, and logistics transportation for glassware
production enterprises.
