設備是在一個大盤上實現先壓后吹的工藝技術，為最先進的玻璃水壺壓吹一次成型設備。該設備有10工位、12工位兩種機型，生產速度為14-20個/分，可以生產玻璃扎壺，儲物罐等大口徑壓吹產品，使用不銹鋼模具，一次成型即可達到較好的表面光潔度，產品無需再進行拋光，設備運行能耗低。全套生產線為全自動化生產，每班僅需2名熟練工人，日產量1.7-2萬只。

The Jug machine is to realize technology of press-and-blow in one work table, it is a most advanced and effective facility for one-time jug molding. This facility has two types: 10 sections and 12 sections, with production speed 14-20/min, which can be used for producing glass pot, storage jar and other large-caliber press-and-blow products. We also adopt stainless mould to make those one-time molding products reach better surface smoothness so that products need no more polishing after being prod ced, and thereby the
facility can be run in low energy consumption. The whole set of production line is highly automated, only 2 skilled worker is needed, and daily output can reach 17 to 20 thousands .
